Cam Lock Couplings provide a means
of rapid connection & disconnection
between Hoses & Pipelines in any
fluid Transfer System.
Cam
Lock Couplings essentially
constitute of two major components,
namely Coupler and Adopter. The
Couplers and Adopters may be screwed
or welded on to the ends of the
hose/pipe line. Connection is then
made by inserting the Adopter into
the coupler, then pressing down
(closing) the Cam arms of the
coupler. The Cams engage into the
groove in the adopter forcing the
adopter against the gasket in the
coupler to form a seal.
